Since we cannot accept applications directly from a student, an official school representative (or parent, if you are a home school student) must present the completed form to LTYS.
Once you have submitted the form to your school representative, you may wish to submit a LTYS Letter of Intent.
The letter of intent is not a requirement for participation. However, such a letter would provide us with an opportunity to follow-up on the status of your nomination, should the proper forms not be received from your school official.
